Founded in 2025, the McHale Experience Group is an independent, single-client leisure provider specialising in bespoke short-form escapes. With operations currently based in the UK and ambitions to expand overseas, the Group exists to deliver structured relaxation to a highly selective audience.

We pride ourselves on our ability to choreograph experiences that appear effortless, while being logistically overwrought behind the scenes. Each programme is governed by a clear operational framework, with emphasis on precision, continuity, and environment-specific delivery.

The McHale Experience Group does not operate as a travel agency or concierge service. Rather, it delivers outcome-oriented leisure programming through a controlled framework of logistics, timing, and selective disclosure. Each experience is designed to balance autonomy with curated input, allowing for maximum impact with minimal visibility.

Client engagement is intentionally limited to preserve quality, discretion, and operational focus. While expansion remains under consideration, the Group continues to prioritise depth of execution over breadth of reach, maintaining a single-client delivery model as the current standard.

Founder, Director of Experience

Claire oversees all operations personally and is present at every activation. She is supported by no one, and it has been pointed out by family and friends that she has too much free time on her hands, but she maintains the illusion of a team for structural integrity. Her work is defined by its sincerity, its opacity, and its refusal to delegate.
